A price tag that's hard to beat

GreenWare Web costs just USD$2,000, plus an annual maintenance fee of $2,000. The initial cost covers the complete site set up and customization for up to 2 facilities so that the site has the exact look and feel you require. The maintenance fee entitles you to 5 hours of customization, technical support and/or site maintenance each quarter, for a total of 20 hours per year.

You can pay for GreenWare Web on either a one-time or a monthly basis. Just choose the method of payment that works for you. If you decide to pay for the system up-front, the total first-year fee is $4,000; if you prefer to make monthly payments, the first-year fee is $400/month. Fees for subsequent years are just half that: $2,000 or $200/month. There are no license fees and no limit on the number of system users. There is also no obligation to pay beyond the first year. Once the system is up and running, it is yours.

Support, customization and updates

Technical support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. Phone messages and emails will be returned the same day when left during standard business hours. If provided with remote access to client sites, GreenWare can handle all your site maintenance.

Additional customization work can be done at any time. This includes the development of new functions, additional facilities and facility-separate security permissions and calendars. We make it simple: customization and site maintenance/system upgrades can be purchased on an as-needed basis. Our time is billed at $100/hour when you ask for it. So you will never pay for services you don't need or use!

Training

Training is minimal because GreenWare Web is so easy to use. Half-day and full-day sessions are available either on-site or on-line for $600 (half-day) and $1200 (full-day), plus travel expenses and on-line hosting fees. All training materials are included as well.
